The following is side 1 of a free sample contract for removal-jobs by tree services. Side 2 of the sample contract is presented on Page 2. This sample contract pertains to proposed work to be done on a specimen that presents a hazard, and which the customer therefore wishes to remove or, at least, render harmless. A different sample contract would be required for a specimen posing no hazard, on which the customer wished to have cosmetic or preventive work done, while still keeping it in good health.

As a sample contract, the following should not be considered a binding legal document; for the latter, consult your lawyer. This sample contract will, however, indicate what factors you, as a customer, would be wise to consider, should you be shopping for tree services.
